Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead sourcing initiatives across the organization, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts through their lifecycle.

The role partners with executives and cross‑functional teams to optimize spend, mitigate risk, and drive procurement transformation, with a strong emphasis on governance, analytics, and value creation. Los Angeles-based position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or PMP preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier governance, risk management, and procurement best practices.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned categories, from requirements to supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities, operational requirements, and financial objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Provide procurement expertise and guidance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Support procurement activities related to acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations focused on terms, pricing, service levels, risk, and value.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to negotiate and execute balanced agreements.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and strengthen contractual protections.
• Manage contract renewals and supplier milestones to minimize business disruption.
• Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to cross‑functional teams and drive enterprise priorities.
• Drive adoption of procurement policies, tools, and standards across the organization.
• Develop and track savings, value creation, and other procurement metrics.
• Utilize spend analytics and financial modeling to inform strategies.
