Job summary

Creative Artists Agency is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract lifecycle management across the organization in Los Angeles. You will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to optimize spend, drive value, and transform procurement processes.

The role requires strong negotiation, financial acumen, and experience with enterprise procurement platforms; base salary $140,000-$180,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or PMP preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms and analytics tools; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned categories, from initial business requirements to supplier selection and contract execution.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations focused on commercial terms, pricing, service levels, risk, and overall value.
• Develop and maintain supplier governance, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations to support enterprise priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase procurement efficiency and scalability.
• Develop savings, cost avoidance, and procurement performance metrics.
