This role requires 10+ years in indirect procurement with director-level experience and a track record of enterprise sourcing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience with director-level leadership.
• 5+ years leading supervisors and senior professionals across multiple procurement categories.
• Proven success developing and executing enterprise or multi-year sourcing strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong background in supplier governance, contract oversight, risk management, and cross-functional executive partnership.
• This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise procurement strategy for indirect categories, aligning sourcing priorities, governance, and operating standards with business objectives.
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and senior procurement specialists, including organization design, talent planning, and succession readiness.
• Oversee supplier portfolio management, strategic sourcing direction, and category plans to improve cost, service, quality, and risk outcomes.
• Establish and maintain procurement policies, contracting standards, and approval frameworks with Legal, Finance, and Business Leadership.
• Advise senior executives on category strategy, supplier decisions, risk mitigation, and value delivery through executive presentations and business reviews.
• Drive functional transformation through process standardization, digital tools, analytics, and operating model improvements.
• Monitor functional performance, key metrics, and financial outcomes to ensure measurable business value.
• Resolve escalated supplier, contracting, and governance issues requiring cross-functional alignment and executive judgment.
