Lead end-to-end warehouse and 3PL RFP processes and supplier evaluations.
Drive commercial negotiations and pricing reviews with logistics providers.
Create supplier evaluation frameworks and governance processes.
Develop total cost of ownership models and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
Coordinate stakeholder communications, visits, and proposals reviews.
