Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Warehouse Procurement Leader to drive sourcing and commercial management for warehousing, distribution, cross-docking, fulfillment, and related 3PL services across Climate Solutions Americas. Hybrid role with 4 days in office and 1 day remote in Atlanta, Charlotte, or Palm Beach Gardens; US permanent residents only.

You will partner with Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and Global Procurement to build a scalable warehouse network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, or 3PL management.
• Proven success leading complex warehouse or Third-party logistics sourcing events and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse cost structures, contracts, SLAs, and supplier performance management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and Real Estate.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, project management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop CSA warehousing and distribution sourcing strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contracting.
• Develop commercial models covering labor, storage, handling, and technology.
• Establish contracts with clear performance metrics and governance.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive year-over-year productivity.
• Lead warehouse launches, consolidations, and network transformation initiatives.
