Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead our procurement team for renewable energy assets and corporate needs. You will drive cost reductions, manage supplier relationships, and oversee end-to-end sourcing events.

Based in Bloomington, MN, this hybrid role requires strong leadership, contract negotiation, and experience with spend analysis and TCO methods. Travel occasional, and collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Inventory Management.
• Experience leading teams of 4+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of strategic buyers toward achieving sourcing goals including savings targets and TCO reduction.
• Manage end-to-end RFx processes from RFI to awarding contracts and term negotiations.
• Develop and manage commodity sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
• Forecast recurring needs and establish supplier contracts to ensure continuity of supply.
• Drive process improvements and write procedures to increase efficiency.
• Travel as required and lead cross-functional collaboration.
