Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or commodity management (or 5+ years without a degree).
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support supplier relationships and critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Define commodity strategy and multi-year roadmaps for balance of plant equipment (excluding turbines).
• Source equipment for permanent and temporary power solutions including SCR, heat recovery, piping and electrical distribution.
• Coordinate demand across SpaceXAI companies and align requirements with supplier roadmaps.
• Own supplier qualification, multi-sourcing, and performance management to meet timelines.
• Negotiate agreements focusing on price, volume, and reliable delivery; use value engineering where applicable.
• Monitor supply risks and implement mitigation to protect build schedules.
• Drive cost reduction via should-cost analyses and long-term agreements while ensuring quality.
• Maintain supplier relationships through reviews and joint projects.
• Track KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, and resilience; report to leadership.
