Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in global sourcing or procurement, preferably in power/energy or industrial equipment.
• Experience defining commodity strategies and managing vendor lists.

Responsibilities

• Define commodity strategy and roadmaps with engineering teams.
• Source equipment for permanent and temporary power solutions and manage supplier performance.
• Negotiate agreements to balance cost, quality, and lead times.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
