Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and developing negotiation strategies across a broad range of corporate services.
• Strong strategic sourcing knowledge and end-to-end sourcing process experience.
• Ability to lead, guide, or mentor others and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel at least 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Sourcing Plans: build category strategies, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance using total cost of ownership models.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: align sourcing strategies with business needs across departments.
• Lead Supplier Innovation & Improvement: work with suppliers on continuous improvement and new technologies.
• Identify and Execute Cost‑Saving Initiatives: implement cost-reduction programs with operations and procurement teams.
• Lead Sourcing Projects: oversee cross-functional teams through sourcing processes and projects.
• Build Strategic Stakeholder Relationships: maintain relationships to identify opportunities and drive cost savings.
• Leadership: foster a positive employee experience through development and coaching.
