Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned categories and projects with emphasis on cost optimization and value maximization.
• Engage with campus stakeholders to understand business needs and demonstrate procurement value.
• Develop and implement integrated sourcing strategies including supplier analysis, pricing strategy, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage RFx processes and lead supplier negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and university policies.
