Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Five years’ experience in strategic sourcing with knowledge of processes, tools and policies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead negotiations.
• Proven ability to develop stakeholder relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and eProcurement systems.
• CPSM, CPM or other procurement accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned categories and projects with emphasis on cost optimization.
• Develop and execute category management strategies and vendor negotiations.
• Manage relationships with campus clients and suppliers to maximize value.
• Lead RFx processes and ensure contract compliance and performance.
• Develop annual procurement plans aligned with university objectives.
• Provide project management and coordination for sourcing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and university policies.
