Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 9+ years experience in supply chain, production, or engineering.
• Experience in high‑volume contract manufacturing procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and supplier development skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier analysis and formulate strategic sourcing plans to optimise cost and supply continuity.
• Develop sourcing strategies to reduce risk and align with terms and cash targets.
• Own budgets, capital plans, and negotiate capex usage with contract manufacturers.
• Manage contract manufacturer supply base, forecast models, and build‑to‑clear models across tier 2–3 suppliers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day contract manufacturer operations to keep new product development on track.
• Issue POs and coordinate with MRP to ensure timely delivery and data accuracy.
• Develop supplier scorecards and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to address material rejections and drive corrective actions.
