TICO Manufacturing in Ridgeland, SC, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead procurement for raw materials, components, and services. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will supervise two Sourcing Specialists, set priorities, and drive continuous improvements in procurement processes, metrics, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Procurement, or a related field required.
At least three years of progressively responsible experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field required.

Responsabilités

Develops and executes a comprehensive sourcing and procurement strategy aligned with TICO’s business and manufacturing objectives.
Directly supervises, trains, mentors, and develops two Sourcing Specialists.
Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to the sourcing team, including workload management and priorities.
Coaches team members on supplier negotiations, sourcing practices, contracting, and problem resolution.
Establishes performance expectations and provides ongoing feedback and development opportunities for Sourcing Specialists.
