  • Partner with Manufacturing and Quality teams to qualify new suppliers and ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, EPA or other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Drive project governance and communication by coordinating stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, tracking progress, and escalating barriers that could impact commercialization timing or supply readiness.
  • Manage RFP/RFQ/RFI processes from scoping through supplier award
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks - single-source dependencies, ingredient availability, commodity price volatility, and supplier financial health
  • Partner with Legal to negotiate supply agreements, quality agreements, and SLAs
  • Support new product development sourcing, including ingredient/packaging trials and supplier onboarding
  • Drive supplier diversity, sustainability, and business continuity planning initiatives
  • Present sourcing strategies, market insights, and results to leadership
  • Act as liaison between PetIQ innovation council and the broader PetIQ supply organization to progress product innovation to commercialization
  • Act on behalf of broader PetIQ supply organization as decision maker for Supply on PetIQ innovation council
