We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager, Private Brands who will drive sourcing for categories within our consumables portfolio and collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor the performance of our manufacturing partners. You will be responsible for driving the long‑term strategy and execution, including new business development, ongoing assortment management, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience. You should have depth in supplier relationship management and know how to develop and lead category strategies, including supplier segmentation, operational performance, and cost‑saving opportunities. You should have a track record for leading improvements across the supply chain while raising the bar on quality, fill rates, cost, and transparency. Your role involves developing long‑term partnerships with manufacturers and exercising strong negotiation skills. You will work cross‑functionally with a talented team of stakeholders, including brand managers, merchandising partners, R&D, inventory management, quality, and finance, to drive our private‑brand business.

The base salary range for this role is $118,500 - $189,500.00.

Exempt salary team members enjoy unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members receive six paid holidays per year and may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.
