Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement activities across defined categories and sub-categories. You will drive category strategy, manage supplier negotiations, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimize spend and risk.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement with strong RFQ/RFP execution, supplier management, and cost analysis, plus advanced Excel and Power BI skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven experience with RFQ/RFP execution, purchase orders, and cost analysis.
• Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing techniques, and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category and sub-category sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and sourcing needs.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, purchase order management, cost analysis, and supplier negotiations.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and identify potential new partners.
• Support business projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and procurement risks are managed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor sourcing compliance and provide procurement guidance to internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across defined categories and sub-categories.
