This high-visibility role focuses on practical, strategic supplier management and cross-functional collaboration with operations and planning teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in strategic sourcing within food manufacturing, deep protein markets knowledge, and experience managing multiple suppliers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience within food manufacturing or food ingredients.
• Protein sourcing/procurement background required.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers/vendors.
• Strong understanding of protein commodity markets.
• Experience with RFPs/RFQs.

Strategic Sourcing Manager Onsite | Food Manufacturing | Relocation Available We are partnering with a growing food manufacturing organization seeking a Commodity Manager with strong protein sourcing expertise to support strategic procurement initiatives across key protein categories. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who understands protein commodity markets, supplier strategy, and procurement within food manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring experience sourcing categories such as Beef, Pork, Poultry and other fresh proteins. This Manager needs to be practical, strategic, and hands-on with supplier management and protein procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across protein categories
