We are partnering with a growing food manufacturing organization seeking a Commodity Manager with strong protein sourcing expertise to support strategic procurement initiatives across key protein categories. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who understands protein commodity markets, supplier strategy, and procurement within food manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will bring experience sourcing categories such as Beef, Pork, Poultry and other fresh proteins. This Manager needs to be practical, strategic, and hands-on with supplier management and protein procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across protein categories
• Manage supplier relationships and vendor performance
• Support supplier optimization and sourcing initiatives
• Conduct RFP/RFQ processes and negotiations
• Monitor commodity markets, feedstock impacts, and industry trends

Required Experience
