Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of combined experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and vendor management in finance/ fintech services.
• Advanced experience redlining agreements.
• Strong negotiation experience with multi-million dollar deals.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide supply strategies and support corporate objectives.
• Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and competitive advantage.
• Oversee supplier management and performance metrics for value and compliance.
• Lead high-impact sourcing initiatives and enterprise-level optimization opportunities.
• Negotiate major supplier agreements using defined evaluation criteria.
