Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Advanced level of experience in redlining agreements.
• Proficient in pricing negotiations with suppliers.
• Experience handling multi-million dollar deals with complex structures.
• Willing to travel up to 5% for meetings and conferences.
• Ability to work extended hours during RFx cycles.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Data analysis experience for leadership presentations.
• Process oriented and detail-driven.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide supply strategies and align with corporate objectives.
• Analyze industry trends to identify base opportunities and cost reduction.
• Oversee supplier management, performance metrics, and contract compliance.
• Act as strategic advisor to cross-functional teams on sourcing initiatives.
• Lead high-visibility negotiations with major suppliers and set evaluation criteria.
• Promote spend transparency and cost modeling for executive decisions.
• Ensure procurement processes adhere to delegation of authority and governance.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues across procurement teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
