Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead the procurement of goods and services for renewable energy assets and corporate needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

You will mentor a team of 4–6 buyers, drive RFx processes, develop supplier strategies, and build strong internal partnerships to forecast needs and secure continuity of supply.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Inventory Management.
• 3+ years leading teams of 4+ staff.
• Experience in Renewable Energy preferred.
• End-to-end source-to-pay process experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of strategic buyers toward savings targets and TCO reduction.
• Manage RFx processes from RFI to award and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare annual procurement plans.
• Develop commodity sourcing strategies to mitigate market risks.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate competencies.
• Drive process improvements and create procurement procedures.
