Job summary

AbbVie seeks a senior sourcing leader to develop and execute enterprise category strategies for Professional Services and Consulting. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage supplier portfolios, and drive cost, quality, and risk outcomes across geographies.

You will negotiate master agreements, define engagement models, and leverage analytics to optimize spend and supplier performance. This role partners with Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing category strategies for Professional Services and Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category strategies for Professional Services and Consulting.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives from requirements to vendor selection.
• Negotiate contracts and master agreements with external suppliers.
• Establish engagement models and governance for services engagements.
• Use analytics to baseline spend and identify savings opportunities.
