• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives from requirements through RFP, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
• Establish buying channels and engagement models, guiding stakeholders to optimal solutions.
• Partner with Legal to translate negotiated outcomes into enforceable agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance with scorecards and drive corrective actions when needed.
