Qualifications

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across production and non‑production spend to optimize cost, quality and supply risk.
• Establish and mature non‑production purchasing programs with vendor lists, spend visibility and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Buyers/Planners; lead critical sourcing events and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contracts with suppliers for production and non‑production materials.
• Ensure customer contract flow‑down requirements are cascaded into POs and agreements.
• Drive supplier performance via scorecards, reviews, and corrective actions with Quality.
