Job summary

Barletta is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in Bristol, IN to lead supplier identification, evaluation, and negotiation for marine manufacturing components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery targets.

You will analyze suppliers, manage contracts, and drive cost improvements, coordinating with production planning, engineering, and QA to ensure material availability and continuity of supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in marine/manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in cost analysis and market research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
