Stryker's Endoscopy team is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) to lead sourcing strategies and supplier performance in a global, matrixed environment. This role partners with operations, quality, and finance to drive value and risk management, with onsite presence three days per week at Flower Mound, TX or San Jose, CA.

The Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) will play a critical leadership role in driving sourcing strategies and supplier performance for Stryker's Endoscopy business unit. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment.
As a key business partner to operations, quality, and finance, you will shape supplier capabilities, and deliver measurable business results through supplier alignment, cost optimization, and performance excellence. You will lead and develop a high-performing onsite procurement team, overseeing and sustaining sourcing activities, ensuring best-in-class quality, service, and value. This role is ideal for a collaborative, forward-thinking employee who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation—influencing decisions that directly support Stryker's mission to make healthcare better. This is a hybrid role. We are seeking candidates based in or near one of the following Stryker locations: Flower Mound, TX, or San Jose, CA. The employee is expected to be onsite on average 3 days per week.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Unit SLT, shaping sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and risk management while balancing strategy with execution.
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver industry-leading outcomes in cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations to align supplier strategies, budgets, and procurement initiatives with business goals.
Anticipate industry and macroeconomic trends to evolve sourcing roadmaps and maintain competitive advantage.
Champion supplier performance management, resolving escalations, improving reliability, and building long-term capability.
Leverage global contracts and collaboration across sites to maximize value, mitigate risk, and strengthen resilience.
Lead organizational adoption of sourcing strategies, driving change initiatives that deliver measurable ROI and lasting impact.
Demonstrates strong prioritization and time management skills, effectively balancing multiple sourcing initiatives, stakeholder needs, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in Supply Management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development
Financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting, modeling, and ROI analysis.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologies
Strong knowledge of supplier processes and supply chain risk factors including experience in assessing and mitigating risk in the supply base.
Strong negotiations skills negotiating and implementing commercial contracts to include supply and quality agreements (QAA)
Strong, working knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration
Travel: 20-30% including international travel
Master's Degree
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Experience working in regulated industries, including government, medical technology, and pharmaceuticals.
Experience leading NPD and sustaining procurement strategies
