Exelon Corporation is seeking a procurement professional for a hybrid role focused on strategic sourcing across multiple spend categories. You will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate terms, and drive cost efficiency while collaborating with Legal and business-unit leaders.

The position requires 4–7 years of experience with a business/engineering background, strong communication, and data analysis skills. Occasional travel is expected; office locations include Baltimore, IL, PA, DC, and Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years' experience, or 6-9 years if no degree.
• Demonstrated project and change management skills.
• Knowledge of category and supply management concepts.
• Adept and persuasive communicator (verbal, written).
• Cross-functional/team facilitation and leadership ability.
• Data analysis capability; MS Office proficiency.
• Negotiation skills; ability to hold suppliers accountable.
• Conflict management experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead key sourcing initiatives.
• Own primary contact for supplier/customer issues and manage relationships.
• Lead negotiations of commercial and legal terms with vendors.
• Provide guidance to contract admins and sourcing staff.
• Identify and implement best practices; monitor market trends.
