The role involves leading negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and guiding a team across supply initiatives. Travel may be required across Exelon sites and supplier locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of experience or 6–9 years without degree.
• Demonstrated project and change management skills.
• Strong negotiation and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead key sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain primary contact for supplier issues and monitor performance.
• Lead negotiations of terms with vendors and mentor procurement staff.
• Identify and implement best practices in sourcing and category management.
