Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science or related field; 4-7 years' experience, or 6-9 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated project and change management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of category and supply management concepts.
• Adept and persuasive communicator.
• Cross functional/organizational team management and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated data analysis capability and MS Office applications expertise.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills; ability to hold suppliers accountable for performance.
• Conflict management experience.
• Availability for travel across Exelon sites, supplier locations and business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead key sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain and own primary contact for resolution of supplier/customer issues; monitor supplier performance.
• Lead personnel to achieve objectives across related categories and sourcing initiatives.
• Manage categories and provide governance of cybersecurity, NERC/CIP, and vendor affiliation processes; perform spend and risk analysis.
• Lead negotiations of commercial and legal terms with new and incumbent vendors.
• Provide direction to contract administrators, procurement and sourcing specialists.
• Identify and implement sourcing and category management best practices; track market trends.
