Job summary

- Experience leading strategic sourcing across engineering, construction, automation, commissioning and validation services.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and master agreements.
- Strong supplier development and risk management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience driving cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject-matter expert for assigned sourcing categories.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities impacting Cost of Goods Manufactured.
- Lead supplier selection, qualification and negotiation processes.
- Prepare and execute RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.
- Ensure sourcing alignment with project needs across functions.
- Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with procedures.
