Job summary

Advanced Bio-Logic Solutions Corp is seeking a Capital Project Sourcing Manager to enable US-based capital project delivery. You will drive sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and support procurement for construction and equipment spend in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will lead eRFP/RFQ processes using Ariba and Scout, manage MSAs in Ariba CW, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure timely reviews and execution. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in strategic sourcing or related fields.
• Experience leading RFP/RFQ processes and contract negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects in a matrixed environment.
• Fluent business English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Implement project-specific sourcing strategies for capital projects.
• Lead eRFX processes (Ariba, Scout) and negotiate MSAs in Ariba CW.
• Manage supplier selection, bidding, and evaluation for construction/assets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Insurance, and Tax for reviews and execution.
