• 10+ years in strategic sourcing within automotive or EV manufacturing.
• Experience leading sourcing teams and global supplier programs.
• Proven ability to launch new vehicle programs with cost targets.

• Develop and execute a strategic sourcing roadmap to support growth.
• Lead a high-performing sourcing organization and governance.
• Negotiate long-term supplier agreements and drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and PMO.
