MEPPI’s Switchgear Division SWGD is seeking a results driven Sourcing Specialist to manage supplier relationships, develop sourcing strategies, and oversee supplier agreements that support division objectives. You will strengthen supply chain performance, optimize costs, manage supplier risk, and ensure a reliable flow of materials for production and customer commitments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years purchasing or supplier contract management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier relationships with SWGD stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements including cost analyses and risk assessments.
• Create strategic sourcing plans and conduct supplier evaluations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and resolve supplier issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
