Trinity Health in Livonia, MI seeks a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across direct and indirect categories. You will analyze proposals, run cost-benefit studies, and negotiate supplier terms to maximize value while safeguarding patient care.

You'll collaborate with Legal, Finance and Clinical teams to ensure compliant contracts, manage multiple projects, and deliver forecasted savings within a fast-paced health system environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or clinical discipline AND 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and develop reports.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead competitive sourcing processes for direct and indirect spend.
• Analyze responses, perform cost-benefit analyses and present findings.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain favorable terms and pricing.
• Support contracting and value validation with Legal and Finance.
• Develop reports and present savings achievements to leadership.
