Job summary

Legent Health seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management to lead contracting and pricing initiatives for medical-surgical supplies and implants. You will optimize vendor relationships, model total cost of ownership, and guide strategic sourcing across locations and surgeons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; minimum 10 years of healthcare supply chain experience with 3+ years in surgical implant categories.
• Strong contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost-savings history.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end contract lifecycle for implants, biologics, capital equipment and services.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, consignment terms and SLAs with manufacturers and distributors.
• Lead RFPs and competitive bids for capital equipment and high-spend categories.
• Ensure contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and rebate capture.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee GPO participation and cost-savings tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and business case development.
