Trinity Health in Livonia, MI seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing Lead to drive value across direct and indirect categories. You will lead competitive sourcing, negotiate contracts, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize spend while safeguarding patient safety and quality.

You'll partner with Legal, Risk, IT and Finance to ensure compliant sourcing, prepare reports, and communicate findings to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or clinical discipline with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of contract law and sourcing processes.
• Ability to conduct RFIs, RFQs and RFPs and negotiate with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sourcing for direct and indirect categories.
• Conduct competitive sourcing processes (RFQ/RFP) and negotiations.
• Analyze responses, perform cost-benefit analyses, present findings.
• Support contracting and value validation with Legal, Risk and IT teams.
• Develop reports and present recommendations to Strategic Sourcing Leadership.
