Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, market research, and supplier assessments.
• Experience in a matrixed or decentralized environment.
• Familiarity with government contracting or compliance standards (e.g., FAR/DFARS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk.
• Lead COO & REE initiatives with cross-functional leaders to design scalable processes.
• Strengthen supply-chain resiliency by defining sourcing strategies for high-risk areas.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive performance and innovation.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, Engineering and Legal to align strategies with priorities.
• Drive cost-reduction, value engineering, and design-for-supply-chain initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply, geopolitical, quality, and financial risks in the supply base.
