Job summary

Qualifications

• Travel: 10-30%, as required.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develops, issues, and manages RFP/bid processes to achieve savings.
• Develops, leads, assesses, and executes purchasing strategies across commodities.
• Negotiates with strategic suppliers and develops alliances to meet Faith needs.
• Assesses supplier risk and recommends mitigations.
• Supports supplier reviews and corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Drives continuous transformation within Faith's sourcing organization.
• Maintains supplier relationships and performance data across categories.
• Works with Faith project teams to standardize specs and sourcing.
