Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Category Lead in the United States to manage strategic procurement strategies and partner with cross-functional teams across business units. You will develop category strategies, monitor supplier market intelligence, and lead RFPs to achieve cost savings while mitigating risk.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years in strategic sourcing, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a strategic sourcing role.
• Travel 10-30%, as required.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the expert for the respective categories with deep industry knowledge.
• Develops, issues, and manages RFPs or bid processes to achieve savings.
• Leads purchasing strategies across commodity materials.
• Negotiates programs with strategic suppliers and builds alliances.
• Supports supplier reviews, corrective actions and contract adherence.
• Identifies opportunities for supplier-driven innovation and standardizes specs.
