Job summary

Kohler is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing for Capital Equipment & Facilities to lead global category strategies, drive cost optimization, and ensure on-time delivery of capital projects.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, and Facilities to deliver value while maintaining safety and compliance. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in indirect sourcing, construction management support, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, construction sourcing, or capital project execution.
• Experience with construction contracting models, bid leveling, change-order management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global and regional indirect category strategies for construction, capital projects, equipment, and facilities services.
• Lead sourcing initiatives from strategy through execution with RFx, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Facilities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and compliant with safety standards.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and supplier performance throughout the capital lifecycle.
