Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Sr. Project Leader in Strategic Sourcing Insights to run programs that identify savings and value creation across Kohler’s spend. You will analyze spend data, drive opportunities, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Purchasing to execute initiatives.

The role requires influencing senior leaders, facilitating workshops (incl. VAVE), and maintaining an opportunity pipeline while ensuring governance and clear handoffs to execution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement analytics, consulting, and/or cross-functional program leadership.
• Advanced analytics capability (ERP/spend data, Excel/BI) and strong influencing/communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating cross-functional workshops (incl. VAVE).
• Experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems; proficiency with analytics/visualization tools and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and drive value creation initiatives to reduce total cost and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Analyze enterprise spend, products, supplier landscape, and cost drivers across ~ $2.5B spend.
• Influence category leaders and purchasing teams to realize opportunities; drive execution, governance, and handoffs.
