Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Category Leader – Marketing & Communications to shape sourcing strategies for brand and marketing execution. You will independently manage marketing categories, partner with stakeholders and suppliers, and deliver value across cost, service, and risk from Kohler’s onsite operations in Kohler, WI.

You will own category goals, manage contracts and budgets, and lead negotiations with internal teams to align with procurement processes and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, business, marketing, operations).
• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, category management or related experience.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, contracts, and stakeholder requirements within a procurement framework.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of defined procurement and category goals for marketing and communications.
• Manage day-to-day supplier and contract relationships and ensure service levels, quality, and compliance.
• Develop specifications, success metrics, and evaluation criteria for marketing contracts.
• Analyze supplier, market, spend, and performance data to inform sourcing decisions.
• Support competitive sourcing events, bid analysis, and negotiations to improve value.
