Acuity Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Leader to partner with Category Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives.

You will manage projects through the SWAP process, conduct RFx events, perform spend and market research, and lead supplier engagements to achieve cost, lead-time, quality, and supply continuity goals. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in sourcing, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to read engineering drawings and drive

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Must have strong background using Excel.
• History of making sourcing decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication abilities; both internal and external partners.
• Project management skills, and ability to drive towards a target date.
• Excellent data analysis capabilities.
• Negotiation experience in a business-to-business setting.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across direct material categories with alignment to objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects within GEP, including RFx events and supplier engagement.
• Conduct RFx analytics to evaluate proposals and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement VAVE and supplier transitions.
• Represent sourcing in project reviews, reporting on savings and progress.
• Support SWAP workflow steps: Spend Analysis, Market Research, Stakeholder Engagement, RFx Development, Commercial Analysis, Negotiation and Contract Award.
