Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical material.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across direct material categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects within GEP, including RFx events and supplier engagement.
• Conduct RFx analytics to evaluate proposals and identify cost savings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to implement value engineering.
• Represent sourcing in project reviews and report savings performance.
• Support SWAP workflow through spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, RFx development, and negotiations.
• Travel requirement of 1–20%.
