Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Durham, hybrid role, to own strategic vendor relationships and manage the full contract lifecycle. You will negotiate MSAs/SOWs/NDAs, oversee renewals, and partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and Retail Operations to protect company value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field (MBA or JD a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, contract management, or strategic sourcing, with measurable negotiation results.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and risk allocation.
• Proven negotiator with ability to hold a firm position while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own primary relationship for strategic and high-spend vendors; ensure value and service meet expectations.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals with Legal.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, liability, termination, and renewal clauses.
• Maintain contract repository and lifecycle; track dates, auto-renewals, and obligations.
