Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Supplier and Contract Manager in Durham, NC to turn spend and supplier data into savings. You will run spend analysis, support bids, and track supplier performance, partnering with Finance, Retail Operations, Facilities, IT, and Marketing to optimize sourcing decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement or financial analysis, advanced Excel, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau).
• ERP/procure-to-pay experience with major systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Workday).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company-wide spend by category and supplier to identify savings.
• Build dashboards and reports on spend, PO cycle time, and supplier KPIs.
• Support RFI, RFQ, and RFP events with requirements and cost comparisons.
• Track supplier performance and run quarterly scorecards.
• Onboard suppliers and collect W-9s, insurance certificates, and banking details.
• Present data-backed recommendations to managers and senior leaders.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data in the ERP system.

You will run spend analysis, support competitive bids, track supplier performance, and give leaders clear, data-backed recommendations.
