Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s premier retailer, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own key supplier relationships and the full contract lifecycle. You will negotiate MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and renewals, while partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, and Retail Operations to protect the company and maximize value.

You will lead vendor due diligence, quarterly business reviews, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and timely renewals across a high-spend portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies or related field.
• 5+ years of vendor management, contract management, or strategic sourcing with measurable negotiation results.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and risk allocation.
• Proven negotiator who can hold a firm position while keeping relationships strong.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and procurement platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage a large contract portfolio and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for strategic/high-spend vendors.
• Lead quarterly business reviews using scorecards, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Run vendor due diligence and risk assessments (financial health, data security, etc.).
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals with Legal.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, liability, termination, and renewal clauses.
• Own contract repository and lifecycle management system; keep records searchable.
