Job summary

IREN US Operations, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager, Thermal & Mechanical to own the commercial sourcing strategy for data center cooling hardware, including liquid cooling CDUs, cold plates, manifolds, and rear-door heat exchangers.

You will negotiate MSAs, lead supplier negotiations, and drive TCO-focused decisions. Reporting to the Director, Technical Sourcing – Platforms, you will work with Engineering, AI Hardware teams, and Finance to ensure cost, schedule, and supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, an engineering discipline, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or commercial supply chain for data center / AI infrastructure hardware.
• Ability to structure sourcing strategy and recommendations with minimal direction.
• Experience negotiating MSAs and SOWs and managing supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own commercial sourcing strategy for thermal and mechanical commodities.
• Lead supplier selection including RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and business awards.
• Negotiate and administer MSAs and SOWs with should-cost and TCO modeling.
• Advance NPI cost negotiations through prototypes to volume production ramp.
• Collaborate with Engineering to align supplier roadmaps with cost and reliability requirements.
