Job summary

IREN is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager, Server & Storage Platforms to own multimillion-dollar OEM/ODM partnerships, drive negotiations, pricing strategy, and supply commitments for hyperscale AI infrastructure.

You’ll work with Engineering, Operations, Deployment, and Program Management to align capacity with go-live timelines and manage spares, forecasts, and vendor performance to keep fleets running.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical sourcing, procurement, or vendor/services management.
• Experience managing rack integration ODM or contract manufacturer relationships and installation services.
• Strong contract negotiation skills and a track record managing multiple concurrent ODM/services vendor relationships.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ODM rack integration and installation vendor management.
• Drive pricing, master MSAs, statements of work, service agreements, and SLAs with vendors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Deployment, and Program Management to align capacity with go-live timelines.
• Track vendor performance, drive cost and reliability improvements, and raise the bar across the portfolio.
• Develop demand forecasts with capacity planning and finance to inform PO timing and volume commitments.
