Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager, Rack Integration & Installation, to own end-to-end sourcing for integrated AI racks. You will manage ODM partners for rack integration and lead installation services, including IDV, to ensure timely production readiness.

This is a high-ownership role with direct influence on fleet deployment speed. You will negotiate contracts, SLAs, and vendor capacity while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Deployment, and Finance to align strategy

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical sourcing, procurement, or vendor/services management.
• Proven experience managing rack integration ODM or contract manufacturer relationships.
• Experience with installation services such as deployment, commissioning, or verification.
• Strong contract negotiation skills and managing multiple high-stakes vendor relationships.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.”

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing with rack integration ODM partners: negotiations, pricing, quoting, contracting, and governance.
• Manage ODM rack integration build process ensuring quality, schedule, and specs.
• Own sourcing and vendor management for installation services (IDV for AI racks).
• Negotiate pricing, master purchase agreements, SoWs, service agreements, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Deployment, and PM to align capacity with timelines.
• Drive bids, cost and reliability improvements across rack integration and installation services.
• Monitor ODM roadmaps and capacity to stay ahead of platform transitions.
• Develop spares/repair strategy and inventory planning for fleet uptime.
• Forecast demand with capacity planning and finance for PO timing.
• Maintain contract docs and vendor scorecards for leadership review.
